However, the barriers to achieving these desires are often self‑created, either through conscious decisions or through subconscious patterns we’re not aware of. This program is designed to help you recognize and eliminate both active and passive self‑sabotage, reignite your passion, and identify actionable steps to achieve your life goals using optimism and mindfulness.
