Current research on the impact of neurodivergence on counselor supervisor-supervisee relationships is profoundly limited. With the awareness of neurodivergence increasing over the years, clinical interventions and practices used in supervisory relationships must shift to a more inclusive, supportive role to foster the unique experiences of neurodiverse counselors.
