Supervisors often navigate challenges with supervisees struggling with their professional skills. This requires supervisors to consider the ethical issues, create a remediation plan, and engage in direct conversations with supervisees. Supervisors will learn about the importance of strengths-based remediation; ethical and legal considerations; strategies that can address supervisees’ struggles; and methods that can be used to support supervisees in their professional growth. Attendees will receive strength-based, practical approaches to facilitate supervisee remediation.
