This session will introduce a transformative, evidence-based approach to Family and Community Engagement. Moving beyond the traditional “come to us” approach, this model emphasizes meeting families where they are and fostering authentic, equitable partnerships. Recognizing the role of counselors as key connectors, this session will draw from our work & district partnerships to share best practices for engaging families & accessing community resources. Participants will walk away with a toolkit & resources to effectively engage families & support mental wellness in their schools.
