This presentation will provide an overview of a collaborative organization consisting of a thriving group of 12 providers in private practice. We will offer a practical framework and innovative strategies for therapists seeking to elevate and enhance their private practice through collaboration, connection, and the sharing of resources. We will share our journey in developing our individual private practices as well as the impetus to create a collaborative environment that supports therapists, reduces burnout and rejects the scarcity mindset.
