What is the OARTC Trauma Track?

The Ohio Association for Resiliency and Trauma Counseling (OARTC) is a new division of the Ohio Counseling Association. Its mission is to lead Ohio in training and sustaining trauma-informed counselors and developing trauma-informed best practices to enhance and promote the welfare and resiliency of the individuals, families, and communities we serve. All AOCC attendees can attend sessions in the Trauma Track, which are denoted in the conference program.

The Trauma Track is coordinated separately but complementary to continuing education credits. Your CE credit for Trauma Track and other sessions will be represented on your final AOCC CE form post-conference if you follow the instructions sent separately to receive CE units. In addition to CEs, attendees who complete five sessions in the Trauma Track can complete this form to receive a certificate of completion.

OCA members can join OARTC when renewing their membership or email to request the division be added to their current membership. Learn more about us via our Facebook group. You do not have to be an OARTC member to attend Trauma Track sessions or submit a request for a completion certificate.
