With a simple and easy-to-understand modality called Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT)/Tapping, students will be able to quickly calm themselves to get their “thinking brains” back online in any setting, at any time. Join Tijana and discover the basics of evidence-based EFT to teach the next generation how to manage their stress to become more adaptable, resilient, and confident inside and out of the classroom.
