Course will include why drug task forces (DTFs) and agencies should investigate, arrest and prosecute those operating illegal marijuana dispensaries under the guise of being legitimate "smoke shops," the dangers and consequences of not investigating these operations, the importance of involving prosecutors, how the cases morph from a drug case to a money laundering case, as well as providing proven steps to ensure successful investigations/prosecutions.
