SEALE Narcotics Task Force
Shaun Stanton has served with the Bedford Police Department since 2016 and previously served as a police officer with the Athens-Clarke County (GA) Police Department. He was also employed by the Riley County (KS) Police Department as a criminal analyst and is a United States Army veteran. Detective Stanton has been assigned to the SEALE Narcotics Task Force (SNTF) since 2019 and has been a member of the SEALE SWAT team since 2022. He also serves as a Task Force Officer (TFO) with the FBI/CGNL Task Force. The SNTF covers the southeast portion of Cuyahoga County, representing approximately 110,000 residents and including the cities of Garfield Heights, Maple Heights, Bedford Heights, Bedford, Oakwood, Solon, and Walton Hills. Detective Stanton holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Tulane University.
