Ana Berrios Allison is a bilingual licensed professional counselor in Ohio and a certified spiritual director. Her counseling interests include the influence of family dynamics on career decisions, grief, life transitions, and the emotional, spiritual, and social aspects of career decision-making. She also focuses on resilience and intercultural counseling. Ana serves as adjunct faculty in Ohio and has published and presented widely on her academic interests. She has received state-level recognition, including the Ohio Career Development Association (OCDA) Bob Windle Leadership Award and the Ohio Counseling Association (OCA) Charles “Chuck” Weaver Award. Additionally, Ana volunteers at OSU James Care for Life, co-facilitating career counseling workshops and individual sessions for cancer survivors and their caregivers.
