The counseling profession is rapidly evolving through expanding roles, technological change, workforce pressures, and complex client needs, creating a need to elevate counselor identity and self-efficacy. Grounded in Self-Efficacy Theory and Planned Happenstance Theory, this interactive session explores how counselors strengthen professional identity, build confidence, and reframe uncertainty as opportunity. Participants engage in reflection and case-based discussion to apply strategies that support adaptive thinking, resilience, and future-ready practice.
