Christine German, PhD is the Deputy Director of Interventions at the Polarization and Extremism Research and Innovation Lab (PERIL) at American University where she designs and implements impactful interventions to prevent radicalization and violence. She holds a PhD in political science and has more than 15 years' experience developing and implementing impactful interventions addressing extremism, digital and traditional media, gender, youth, and governance.
