Sue Janowski, Retired School Counselor from Lima Central Catholic, has co-directed the "Boys to Mentorship" program for three years. This initiative supports high school freshmen through structured mentoring, group counseling, and skill-building activities, with ongoing adaptations to address students' evolving needs. Participants in the program have demonstrated improvements in both academic performance and attendance.
