This session highlights the development and implementation of a "Boys to Mentorship" program designed to support high school freshmen through structured mentoring, group counseling, and skill building. The program pairs high school freshmen with upperclassmen mentors and provides biweekly meetings focused on social-emotional development, academic success, and positive peer relationships. Attendees will learn how the program is organized throughout the school year using quarterly themes such as study skills, time management, leadership, and resilience. This session will demonstrate how incorporating regular check-ins, small group discussions, and interactive activities increases student engagement and fosters a sense of belonging and accountability. This presentation provides a practical, school based framework that counselors, interns, and educators can adapt to meet the needs of their own students.
