Ben Shultz is beginning his eleventh year as the school counselor at Alexander Elementary School. Previously, he served as the School-Based Counselor for Alexander Local Schools at Hopewell Health Centers. He earned both a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and a Master of Education from Ohio University in Athens, Ohio. During his graduate studies, Mr. Shultz completed a school counseling internship at Alexander Junior High School. He was raised in Portsmouth, Ohio, and is a graduate of Portsmouth High School.
