Jolene Young serves as an Elementary School Counselor in Huber Heights, Ohio. She is also an Adjunct Professor in the Department of Human Services at Wright State University, where she teaches graduate-level counseling courses. With nine years of experience, she has supported English Learner (EL) students in inner-city, suburban, and rural school environments. Her work encompasses academic, social-emotional, and college and career guidance, emphasizing equity, language access, and culturally responsive support for diverse student populations. She holds a Master of Education in School Counseling and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology, both from Wright State University.
