Katherine Vanke is a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor and Supervisor (LPCC-S) at Grow Well Cleveland, independently licensed in Ohio and Illinois. She earned her Bachelor’s Degree from Kent State University in 2018 and her Master’s Degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling, with a certificate in Chemical Dependency, from Cleveland State University in 2022. Her clinical experience includes work in a university counseling center and with a Dialectical Behavioral Therapy Intensive Outpatient Group.
Katherine supports young people as they navigate stressful and challenging life changes. She believes each individual is the expert on themselves and aims to make therapy collaborative and engaging. She approaches each client from a biopsychosocial perspective, developing treatments that honor their multidimensional identities and tailoring her methods accordingly. Through mindfulness-based techniques, such as body scans and somatic awareness, Katherine helps clients deepen self-awareness and connect with the present moment.
