Evan Fairrow’s research centers on Black mental health, counseling engagement, and the impact of anti-Blackness in counseling relationships. Evan’s work includes both conceptual and empirical studies on trust, therapeutic alliance, and the use of Black Critical Theory (BlackCrit) in counseling practice, supervision, and counselor education.
