Dr. Chase Morgan-Swaney (he/him/his) is an assistant professor of counseling at Baldwin Wallace University. Prior to joining Baldwin Wallace, Morgan-Swaney served as a senior lecturer in the School of Counseling at The University of Akron, teaching across accredited clinical mental health counseling, school counseling, and marriage and family therapy/counseling programs. He is a licensed professional clinical counselor with a training supervision designation (LPCC-S) in Ohio. He holds national certifications as a National Certified Counselor (NCC), a Certified Clinical Mental Health Counselor (CCMHC), and an Approved Clinical Supervisor (ACS). He specializes in counselor preparation and training to affirmatively serve LGBTQIA+ clients.
