E3 – Dismantling Doubt: Elevating New Advocates Above Impostor Syndrome Through Feminist Interventions

Impostor syndrome silences new advocates before they ever speak. This session applies feminist interventions, including consciousness-raising techniques, collaborative practice, and internalized oppression frameworks to help emerging advocates recognize, name, and dismantle self-doubt. Through interactive reflection and evidence-based feminist interventions, participants will build skills to recognize doubt as a product of oppressive structures, and elevate their advocacy with clarity, confidence, and connection to their professional values and ethical obligations.
