This session explores how supervisors recognize and respond to disposition challenges through a trauma-informed lens. Participants will examine how unresolved trauma manifests in supervisee attitudes, behaviors, and relational patterns, and explore the supervisor's dual role — balancing growth support with the ethical responsibility of gatekeeping. Attendees will identify restorative strategies that honor supervisees' lived experiences and foster their development as reflective practitioners.
