P3 – Multiple Perspectives on Supervision: Working Through Difficult Cases

Clinical supervision is challenging, particularly with difficult cases that have competing and complex demands with no clear path forward. Participants will recognize the value of hearing multiple perspectives. The workshop requires active engagement and is for supervisors ready to examine and challenge their own assumptions in supervision. In case studies, each participant will represent a different perspective (educator, site or doc supervisor, client, student). The goal is not resolution, but awareness of complexities and positive effects of multiple perspectives on critical thinking.
