Ryan Gould has been a Los Angeles County Deputy District Attorney for over 11 years. As a trial deputy, Ryan has tried over 35 jury trials to verdict, including a wide variety of felonies from DUIs to vehicular homicides to murder. Ryan was assigned to offices throughout the county prosecuting a wide array of felonies including Inglewood and Torrance. Ryan has attended multiple DUI and Vehicular Homicide centric courses including Standardized Field Sobriety Test (SFST) School, Advanced Roadside Impaired Driving Enforcement (ARIDE), Drug Recognition Expert (DRE) School, Intermediate Collision School, a Street Racing and Side Show Enforcement Training and a toxicologist convention. Ryan is currently in the DUI Training and Prosecution Section (DTAPS) which is a unit specializing in training DDAs and law enforcement throughout Los Angeles County and the state regarding the unique challenges in prosecuting DUI drug and marijuana cases with an emphasis on prosecuting vehicular homicide cases.
