Katherine Swidarski, better known as Safety Swid, is the Vision Zero Coordinator for the City of Columbus. She leads the life-saving effort to eliminate fatal and serious crashes on local roadways. Swid has led similar work in Miami-Dade County, Florida and San Francisco, California. She is passionate about traffic safety and enjoys the adventure of being car-free in Columbus, Ohio.
