Cathy Belk is the President and CEO of Deaconess Foundation in Cleveland, Ohio. In this role, she works to help people impacted by poverty build careers that sustain them and their families.

Prior to joining philanthropy, Cathy served as President of JumpStart, a non-profit unlocking the full potential of entrepreneurship to transform communities. Cathy spent more than 20 years in the private sector at Coca-Cola, Procter & Gamble, and American Greetings. She started her career at Bank of America.

Cathy is currently on the boards of the New Growth Innovation Network (Miami, FL), the Cleveland Leadership Center, and the Church of the Saviour Foundation, and served on numerous other boards in the past.

Cathy received her MBA from Duke University and BA from Davidson College.
