Sergeant Trevor Jasper is a member of the Ohio State Highway Patrol (OSHP). Jasper has said that he is motivated by his desire to help people understand what happens at crash scenes. The OSHP is responsible for enforcing state laws on all Ohio highways and roads, including those within municipalities.
