Appointed in 2021 as Grove City's new safety director, Kevin Teaford manages Grove City's police and building divisions. Teaford served more than 35 years with the Ohio State Highway Patrol and most recently served as lieutenant colonel and assistant superintendent overseeing all Highway Patrol operations.
