Jamie Lusher, Ph.D.

Dr. Jamie Lusher was appointed Deputy Superintendent of Schools for the South Western City School District in 2021, following seven years in the same role with the Grandview Heights School District.
Previously, Dr. Lusher served as Academic Achievement Coordinator for Worthington Schools and as Principal at both Wilson Hill Elementary School in Worthington and New Albany Middle School in the New Albany-Plain Local School District.
Dr. Lusher holds a Ph.D. in Educational Leadership and Administration from Ohio University, an M.Ed. in Educational Administration from Ashland University, and a B.S. in Education from The University of Akron. She is currently in her 26th year of service to public education and also serves as an Adjunct Lecturer in Descriptive Statistics and Data-Based Decision Making at The Ohio State University.
