Robert Kasprzak is the Senior Manager of Community Engagement for the Mental Health & Recovery Services Board of Lucas County. He has been at the Board for more than 18 years serving in several departments including Prevention and Training and Development. He has trained more than 1,000 law enforcement officers on Crisis Intervention Team (CIT); conducted more than 50 Mental Health First Aid trainings; and trained more than 600 people on ALICE trainings beginning. He is also a member of the International Critical Incident Stress Foundation (CISM) and the National Organization for Victim Assistance (NOVA).
