Dr. Kelsey Morris serves as the Education Program Specialist for the U.S. Secret Service National Threat Assessment Center (NTAC), where he leads the Education Program focused on research, analysis, and training on behavioral threat assessment and management (BTAM) programs in K-12 schools and higher education. A former teacher and building administrator, Dr. Morris is a nationally recognized scholar with expertise in PBIS, multi-tiered systems of support, and promoting social, emotional, and behavioral wellbeing. His previous roles include faculty member at the University of Missouri, Vice President of the International Association for Positive Behavior Support, and implementation partner for the U.S. Department of Education’s National Center on PBIS.
