Dr. Kelsey Morris is the Education Program Specialist at the U.S. Secret Service National Threat Assessment Center (NTAC), where he leads the Education Program dedicated to research, analysis, and training in Behavioral Threat Assessment and Management (BTAM) for K-12 schools and higher education. As a former teacher and building administrator, Dr. Morris is recognized nationally for his expertise in Positive Behavioral Interventions and Supports (PBIS), multi-tiered systems of support, and the advancement of social, emotional, and behavioral well-being. His previous positions include faculty member at the University of Missouri, Vice President of the International Association for Positive Behavior Support, and implementation partner for the U.S. Department of Education’s National Center on PBIS.
