Chris Neifer is in his second year as Superintendent of Boardman Local Schools, bringing 30 years of experience in education. Over the course of his career, he has served as a science teacher, coach, robotics coordinator, principal, and spent six years as Superintendent in East Palestine before returning home to lead Boardman. He brings a focus on strategic planning and expanding K–12 opportunities to ensure every student is prepared for success in college, the skilled trades, the workforce, or military service.
