Matt Shindeldecker is the co-founder of Expanding Horizons, a fitness- and mentorship-based intervention program operating inside juvenile correctional facilities and local communities across Ohio. His work focuses on resilience, accountability, and positive adult influence for at-risk youth, using structured physical training as a gateway to character development. Matt partners with state agencies, schools, and community organizations to reduce recidivism and strengthen long-term outcomes.
