Gabrielle Yeater, is a School Counselor with Mansfield City Schools and a key leader within Malabar Care Connect, the district’s school-based health center. With over a decade of experience in education, she works to remove barriers to learning by connecting students and families to medical, mental health, and community resources. She is passionate about whole-child supports and building strong school–community partnerships that promote safety, attendance, and student success.
