Mitchell Silva-Dennis is the National Counterterrorism Center's (NCTC) Regional Representative based in Detroit. He works to align counterterrorism efforts and enhance information sharing across local, state, federal, tribal, and private sectors partners in Indiana, Kentucky, Michigan, and Ohio. Prior to arriving in Detroit, Mitchell served as a Presidential Management Fellow in the Office of the Director of National Intelligence where he was assigned as an International Liaison Officer.
