This presentation focuses on the importance of building strong relationships within and outside of your school building. Principals are tasked with many aspects of leadership; incorporating practices that are collaborative, focused on safety, understanding the importance of being trauma-informed are critical pieces of this process. Advocating at multiple levels as a school leader should no longer be an optional practice, it is a growing responsibility.
