Anthony Battaglia is the Assistant Director of Career Pathway Support Networks at the Ohio Department of Education and Workforce. Battaglia helps lead the statewide initiative, which grew out of Ohio's former Tech Prep Centers and expands career-technical education, advising, and mentoring for students in grades 7 through 10. Battaglia brings more than a decade of experience building career readiness pipelines in Northeast Ohio, most recently as a CTE and Workforce Consultant at the Educational Service Center of Northeast Ohio. Before that, Battaglia served the Cleveland Metropolitan School District as Executive Director of Career and College Pathways and as Director of Career and College Readiness, and led college access programs, including GEAR UP and Upward Bound, through College Now Greater Cleveland. Battaglia holds a Master's degree in Educational Administration and Supervision from Ursuline College and a Bachelor of Science from Ohio University.
