Kristi Voisard serves as the Career Navigator at the Miami County Educational Service Center (ESC) and is an integral member of the Career Connections program. This initiative supports K-12 students in career awareness, exploration, and planning. Under the guidance of the Miami County Business Advisory Council (BAC), the program connects schools with local businesses to better prepare students for workforce entry.
In her role as Career Navigator Lead, Kristi Voisard collaborates directly with Miami County school districts, engaging students individually, in small groups, and in classroom settings to facilitate exploration of career interests and opportunities. She is instrumental in identifying programs and activities that encourage students to pursue pathways aligned with their strengths. Additionally, she has effectively led the countywide implementation of YouScience, an aptitude and interest-based career assessment.
