Shawn Grime has worked in education since 2000, spending three years as an eighth-grade science teacher before transitioning to school counseling. Shawn holds both undergraduate and graduate degrees from Bowling Green State University. Shawn currently serves as a school counselor at Archbold High School in Archbold, OH, and is also an active leader in the profession at the state and national levels, serving as Executive Director of the Ohio School Counselor Association (OSCA).
