Laura Hogue (also known as Laura Hogue Pochedly) is the Board President of the Ohio School Counselor Association (OSCA). She assumed this leadership position following a governance transition in which the association shifted from a member-elected presidency to a board-led presidency model. Since 2011, Hogue has served as a middle school counselor for Bedford City Schools, primarily supporting students at Heskett Middle School. Her commitment to student success was recognized with the Heskett Teacher of the Year award.
