School counselors are often expected to collaborate, yet few are supported in meaningful, data-driven professional learning communities (PLCs). This session provides a practical framework for designing counseling-specific PLCs using the Four Critical Questions. Participants will learn how to analyze student data, align programming to ASCA standards, and implement structures that support collaboration and accountability.
