For Emergent Bilingual students, the school experience is often a dual journey of mastering a new language while navigating a new culture. As school counselors, our support shouldn't be "lost in translation." This session redefines the counselor’s role by moving beyond verbal-heavy interventions toward a more inclusive, universal approach to student wellness. We will explore how to provide high-impact social-emotional and academic support that transcends language barriers.
