Participants will be introduced to a school-based self-regulation system that equips and empowers students to apply efficient strategies during independent sensory breaks and at times when the School Counselor is not available. They will leave with tips, tools and motivation to create a regulation space with grab-and-go calm kits that children can access and use within their school building.
