Hope begins with a connection. A formalized Check-In/Check-Out (CICO) program "plants hope" by fostering student self-efficacy and regulation. This session offers a roadmap for "growing futures" through a sustainable Tier 2 model. Scaled from a one-student pilot to a multi-mentor system, we will cover: identifying candidates, training mentors, and using data to drive decisions. Attendees leave with a toolkit to bridge the gap between identifying needs and implementing high-impact interventions applicable across all school levels.
