Glass City Academy will share how its community-driven pre-apprenticeship model helps students complete Ohio’s Pre-Apprenticeship Graduation Pathway. This session explains how schools can partner with workforce organizations, employers, and colleges to run equipment-heavy career programs without owning the facilities. Participants will learn how a shared MOU structure, student selection process, and coordinated supports allow schools to deliver industry credentials, technical training, and work-based learning that lead directly to apprenticeship and employment.
