Hope and belonging are powerful predictors of student success, yet many schools struggle to intentionally build both. This session connects the science of hope and belonging to practical school counseling strategies across Tier 1 and Tier 2 supports. Participants will explore interventions, family engagement strategies, and data tools that increase student agency, connectedness, and outcomes, including attendance, behavior, and achievement. Attendees will leave with ready-to-use resources and an action plan.
