This session will provide school counselors with a timely overview of current legislative actions and policy developments from the statehouse. Participants will gain insight into new and proposed laws that may impact schools, student services, and school counseling practices. The presentation will highlight key updates, explain potential implications for daily work with students and families, and offer guidance on how school counselors can stay informed and prepared as legislation evolves. Additionally, participants will learn about OSCA’s engagement with new and current legislation.
