This session highlights how one urban district created a cohesive, developmentally appropriate SEL framework grounded in CASEL’s core competencies and integrated into PBIS. With schools across the district at different stages of SEL implementation, the goal was to enhance and align existing structures. Attendees will explore strategies for effective implementation, stakeholder engagement, alignment with the State One Plan, and professional development to support academic, behavioral, and emotional growth.
