Career Awareness and Exploration can be meaningful and fun in our earliest grades, and this presentation will support Elementary School Counselors in using evidence-based best practices for our third domain with manageable, stackable components. Introducing Career Technology Education and Skilled Trades will help students and families connect their education to future career opportunities, collaborating with parents and community members and recognizing their contributions and hard work.
