Through many years of both career coaching and school counseling, I have found a common thread-- so many "elders" look down on the next generation. However, Gen Z has many traits that our world, and specifically our job market, NEED to advance forward. This presentation discusses the strengths that Gen Z holds and how these characteristics can be honed for the jobs of their dreams. Moreover, it coaches school counselors on how they can cultivate this skills and personality traits and highlight them in their student opportunities.
